At Saatchi, I was responsible for four major Sales Events a year—gargantuan, months-long productions that often rolled from one season to the next. Which means that if I wasn’t on set stuffing my face with breakfast burritos on a given day, I was probably stuffing my face with croissants in an edit bay, stuffing my face with sushi in a recording studio, or stuffing my face with free snacks in a tiny office breakout room while writing a gajillion scripts.
